Return policy

If you booked a repair online you have 180 days from the date of purchase to drop-off your device for the required service. After this date, we will refund your order in full as a service not rendered.

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

From April 2022, PAIR Mobile Stores will be the official supplier of our Smartphones & Smartphone Accessories. This means you will be able to book your Repairs Online exclusively at pairmobile.ie

We will no longer support the purchase of Smartphones or any Smartphone Accessories online, although you will be continue to be able to view our online collections. To make a purchase of any of our New or Refurbished Smartphones or any of our many Smartphone Accessories- simply Call or drop into your local PAIR Mobile Store.

REPAIRS SERVICE POLICY

If you booked a repair online you have 180 days from the date of purchase to drop-off your device for the required service. After this date, we will refund your order in full as a service not rendered.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you Booked a Repair Online at pairmobile.ie and find that you no longer need it for any reason- you can reach out to our Online Team at customercare@pairmobile.ie

Our Team can cancel any Repair Booking made online for any reason, providing the Repair has not been booked in store and carried out. We cannot cancel an order where the Service has already been rendered and we do not offer refunds on repairs. 

REQUESTING A REFUND

If for whatever reason you need to request a refund for any Repair Booking you made on pairmobile.ie (whether you change your mind, made a mistake on the booking or we have found that we cannot perform a repair) please just contact our Online team directly by clicking here.

WHAT TO DO WITH A REPAIR ISSUE

PAIR Mobile does not offer refunds on services rendered where the repair was performed to standard.

If for any reason you are unhappy or would like to raise an issue -please return to the Store who repaired your device and bring your concerns to the attention of our staff. We always recommend this as a first port of call. 99% of issues can be resolved by simply returning to the Store so our staff and technicians can take a second look.

REPAIRS WARRANTY

We offer a Free warranty on all of our Screen and Battery Repairs both online and in-stores.
Please note that our warranty does not cover physical damage caused by accident, drops or water.

STORES RETURN POLICY

Under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980, PAIR Mobile does not offer Refunds on non-faulty merchandise or any product under ‘change of mind’ where it has been found to be unsuitable. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

If you have purchased a product from our Stores and found it to be faulty, please return the item with your proof of purchase to the store in question as soon as possible.

what not to do

Rice is not right

Surprise! Rice does not help your Phone dry out. A safer, better way to dry your phone is to pop it in the hot press, or any dry space. When in doubt, leave your phone is a safe, dry space until you can get a Water Damage Treatment done.

Say no to Plastic

Do not be tempted to keep your phone safe in a plastic bag after it has gotten wet. Any container that is airtight or made with a non-breathable material will only service to make your phone retain more of the moisture.

Heat is not sweet

It seems logical to dry something with heat, we do it with clothes right? Never, ever leave your Smartphone near a heat source to dry it out. This is counter intuitive and will do more damage than good.
