Our techs needs to physically assess your phone. This includes the close examination of the overall ‘health’ or condition of your device. This includes, but is not limited to;
We cannot do a Trade-in on a locked device.
We will not accept cracked/scratched or otherwise damaged phones.
The devices and in turn the cash offers that are given are at the discretion of the individual tech who has physically assessed your phone. Your phone is assessed based on the above listed conditions, which is not exhaustive.
The above device list is not exhaustive. If you feel you have a Samsung or MacBook device that you would like to trade-in, but are not sure: call your local PAIR Mobile or simply drop in.
We currently do not accept Trade-ins for Nokia, Huawei, Google, OnePlus, or any brand not listed above.

All PAIR Mobile locations will accept any old smartphone and recycle it for you for free in collaboration with WEEE.
