We include a free warranty when you purchase any New Smartphone, Refurbished Smartphone or Second-hand Smartphone online and in-store.
Well, apart from Refurbished Devices being more environmentally friendly, more cost effective all while saving the planet from the 38k tonnes of e-waste Ireland produced in 2020 alone; PAIR Mobile offers you extra.
When you choose PAIR Mobile for your smartphone, you are choosing;
WHAT YOU GET WITH A REFURBISHED PHONE FROM PAIR
Whether you see a smartphone described as either ‘Refurbished’, ‘Pre-loved’ or ‘Secondhand’ in our Stores or online, we guarantee you that you will get;
Most refurbished phones are completely rebuilt or replenished with all new material and there’s no guarantee that the parts used were original or not. In other words, a bit of a pick and mix.
At PAIR Mobile, the majority of our phones have all original parts with the exception of the battery. We test every single device and will only ever replace the original battery if it does not have at least 85% health.
Even with this, all our Samsung & Huawei Refurbished models will be replaced with an original battery.
The only other revision that is done is a Screen Replacement, but this is a super low percentage of our offering. Again, when we do this type of revision, we always use a Samsung or Huawei Original Screen.
With Apple Refurbished Devices, we only ever restore them to the same standard as our Excellent Rated Repairs Service. We use the exact same Grade A, 99% like-for-like materials.*

Whether you pick up a Secondhand Samsung or a Refurbished iPhone, you will get the matching Original charging accessories for your device included.
This includes the Plug adapter and Cable. So you don’t need to worry about handing over more cash to get an Original charger and cable for your device. We’ve already included it in the price for you. Win, win!
Any Refurbished Phone you purchase on pairmobile.ie or in-store is fully tested and graded by our techs.
Grade A+/A is the best condition you can buy and is as ‘Like New’ Condition.
Stores also carry Grade A+ and A Refurbished Phones. (Stock may vary between locations.)
If you purchase a Phone in-store that has been Traded in previously, the Grade will be listed as B or lower. (What’s the difference between A & B Grade?)

We don’t do providers here! When you buy any Refurbished or Secondhand device you’re guaranteed a SIM Free, unlocked device.
No transferring, no unlocking fees, no fuss.

Our Free Phone Warranty covers the functionality and battery of your device.
So in the rare case that you experience any type of battery issue with your phone you purchased from PAIR Mobile, whether online or in-store, you’re covered!
Please pop into your local PAIR Mobile if you experience any issue regardless, however small- so we can take a look for you.
Although our Refurbished and Preloved devices online are listed as Grade A+ and A, our stores carry an array of Grades from A+ to C.
All Phones purchased that are Buy-ins or Second-hand are subject to be sold as Grade B and lower. (What’s the difference between A & B Grade?) Grades B and lower may have minor cosmetic damage so please inspect the device carefully and make sure you are happy with your purchase.

Under Data Protection, we will not be able to check any warranty digitally if it is not under your name. This includes adults from the age of 18.
